Yep, he is a “bubblehead”. He is also a “nuc” (slang that KillarneyRose told me). Deals with a nuclear submarine, can not actually tell me anything particular which they do. He went to “nuc college” after completing in the Academy. We now haven’t actually talked especially by what degree of interaction he’s got as he’s away in the sub. But I do not think it is much.
